Front Walkway Installation
Elmwood Landscapes designed and installed a stunning 5-foot-wide walkway leading from the front door to both driveways. The walkway flares open to 8 feet wide at each driveway, creating an inviting and seamless entryway.

Backyard Patio Installation
The backyard transformation included a spacious 22’ x 30’ patio off the back deck, creating a functional and stylish outdoor living area.

- Pavers: Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth Enduracolor with EasyClean technology in Steel Mountain color (random pattern)
- Border: Single soldier course border using Unilock Copthorne Enduracolor paver in Basalt color
- Additional Design Features: Unilock Copthorne pavers were used to delineate patio spaces and the grill area
- Jointing Material: Techniseal Noco Storm jointing material for superior durability and water permeability
Drainage Solution
To address the homeowner’s water drainage issues, Elmwood Landscapes installed an underground drainage system connecting gutter downspouts to a drainage box positioned at a lower section of the property.

- Installation of a “WYE” cleanout cap at each downspout for easy maintenance
- Underground piping to efficiently divert rainwater away from the home
